As a Way of Introduction

Hello, Friends! Okay, yes, I, too, I have joined the blogging mania. Primarily, my purpose is to relay the goings on of the Ryan family, however, occasionally I have a soap box moment and want an arena to express my thoughts. So here it is! I do not expect many readers to venture my way, but somehow knowing that my thoughts and musings are "out there" helps create an illusion of "being heard".

I am a 48 year old homemaker with 2 young children and a wonderful husband. I love my "job" (most days) and my family. I am a born again Christian, homeschooling mom and a little quirky. I am not a good cook, clean freak/organizer, gardener or supercrafter. If you are looking for creativity in those areas... I am not your gal. I am an average, middle-aged mom trying to teach and train her children well, a wife who struggles to prioritize her marriage and a Christian who desires to grow in the grace and wisdom of God. Oh, and did I mention I am trying to lose weight?... lots of it.

So why would you want to read my blog? How the heck do I know! Maybe you can relate to the mundane daily struggles and great joys in just living a normal, unextraordinary life, but one that hopes and dreams and trusts that God in His infinite wisdom knows me personally and is fulfilling His perfect plan in the midst of the ordinary.
